Pricing questions

Is there a charge per user or per branch?

No. One licence covers one website with as many staff, branches and properties as you need.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?

Yes. Switch at your next renewal and the yearly price applies from then.

What happens when my licence ends?

The plugin stops working until the licence is renewed. Your data stays in your website's database and is still there when you renew.

Can I move my licence to a new domain?

Yes. Deactivate it on the old site and activate it on the new one, or ask us to move it for you.

Do you add VAT?

No. No VAT is charged, so £99 a month or £999 a year is exactly what you pay.

Do I need to pay for anything else?

Only your own WordPress hosting, any property portal subscriptions, and optional services such as text messages through Twilio.
